The 60th Presidential Inauguration will take place on January 20, 2025. As we approach this exciting event in American history, Alabamians interested in attending should refer to this page. My office will update this page as we receive further information as the event approaches.
The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) is responsible for the planning and execution of the Inaugural Ceremonies of the President-elect and Vice President-elect of the United States at the Capitol. JCCIC will provide Members of Congress with a small allotment of tickets for the Capitol grounds. Most of these are standing tickets.
Senator Tuberville’s office has filled our allotment of swearing-in tickets.
For more information on the Presidential swearing-in please visit: http://www.inaugural.senate.gov/
The Armed Forces Inaugural Committee puts on the Inaugural Parade. No tickets are required to view the parade, as much of the route is through areas accessible to the public.
There are ticketed viewing areas available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our office does not receive tickets to the Inaugural Parade, but those interested in attending can visit https://jtfncr.mdw.army.mil/inauguration/ for further information.
The Presidential Inaugural Committee oversees the inaugural parade. Constituents interested in participating in the parade should visit https://inauguralparade.smapply.net
After the election, the President-elect will form the Presidential Inaugural Committee who plan and host the official balls.
There are also many unofficial balls that will be hosted and sponsored by both local and national organizations. Prices for these events are varying and advanced ticketing is typically required. Our office will not receive tickets for inaugural balls of any kind.
