GULF SHORES – Today, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) joined the Alabama Association of Conservation Districts’ (AACD) annual meeting in Orange Beach, Alabama. Sen. Tuberville spoke to AACD members about his plan to pass the Farm Bill, address rising input costs, increase reference prices for Title I commodities, eradicate feral swine, prioritize working lands conservation programs, and expand broadband under the new Trump administration and Republican Congress.
AACD is a grassroots organization that promotes conservation across Alabama to give farmers an opportunity to thrive in the farming community. Members represent all 67 Alabama counties.
Senator Tommy Tuberville represents Alabama in the United States Senate and is a member of the Senate Armed Services, Agriculture, Veterans’ Affairs, and HELP Committees.
